Monthly membership and refunds
Membership is being prepared. Payment enrollment is not open yet. These are the selected terms for the monthly plan; you will see the available lessons and terms before checkout opens.
$29 USD per month
The membership covers available Yang 24 lessons beyond the first three techniques. Six Form, the Yang 24 opening and the first three techniques remain the free tier as guided content becomes available. The library is still in development; the full guided course is not complete.
There is no joining fee, $297 package, included instructor call or minimum number of months. Private coaching is separate. Membership renews monthly on the schedule shown at checkout until canceled.
Two ways to cancel
- Stop renewal: Cancel future billing and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No refund is issued for that choice.
- End now and request a refund: End paid access and future renewal, and receive a prorated refund for unused time in the current paid billing period.
How the unused-time refund works
This policy applies to both the first monthly payment and later monthly renewals. The refund is based on the amount actually paid for the current subscription period and the time remaining when we receive your refund request. It is not based on lesson views, practice frequency or technique completion. Time that has already passed and earlier completed periods are not refundable under this unused-time policy.
Calculation: amount paid for the current subscription period × unused time ÷ total time in that billing period, rounded to the nearest cent and capped at the amount not already refunded. We use the actual start and end of the paid period, so months of different lengths are handled correctly.
For example, if exactly half of a $29 paid period remains, the unused-time refund is $14.50. A partial refund goes back to the original payment method, rather than becoming a future account credit. Related tax adjustments, where applicable, follow the payment provider's refund handling. We do not deduct a separate cancellation fee.
Request help
Email support@livingcourtyard.com from your membership email and say whether you want to stop renewal or end now with an unused-time refund. We will confirm the access end time and any refund amount. Refund arrival depends on the payment provider and your bank; a request is not a confirmation that money has already arrived.
Billing mistakes, duplicate payments, service-delivery problems and any rights that apply to you are handled separately from this unused-time calculation.
